I bought this printer to assist with school work. It was easy to set up and get working. It has great features and prints quickly. I highly recommend this product!
Our business has been trying to reach HP support for this printer. This apparently is not an easy option. Our new printer is set to default to double-sided copy options. We would like, simply, to change that copy function default to one-sided. I have had no luck finding a phone number or an online chat option to support that change. I've left messages with our sales rep to reach out to me. Nada. I've tried setting up an HP account for help. Nada. We have been HP advocates (over the recommendations of our tech experts) for the past 7 years. This is the first time HP has let me down. I am seriously rethinking my commitment to this brand.
The printer makes sharp, excellent quality prints. However, very disappointed that an important feature that made this printer stand out for us were two magazine reviews that claimed this printer model was eligible for the 'Instant Ink' toner program that would save on the relatively high toner usage costs for this printer vs. other similarly featured units.
Great printer so far, I did have a small hickup today with my laptop not printing, but was able to print from another device. I think maybe Wi-Fi connection was lost. I think the ink cartridge may be a little expensive, I am going to join the HP ink program.
