Nice but please bring back the cancel print job X

The printer is nice, but I rated down for 2 things. Wish it wasn't white we have a dirty job, and 2 because finding the cancel print job was difficult to find. I wasted 40 sheets of paper trying to cancel something I printed in error. Our old one had a cancel right on the control panel

I love the short time to start printing whether color or B&W. Quick and accurate color printing. This is so much faster and better than our previous ink jet printer from a different company. We've had it less than a month, so I can't comment on supply use or reliability. One negative... it didn't work well with Spectrum Cable's newest WiFi router. I solved the problem by installing my own WiFi router.

While I had a problem originally by accidentally ordering the non-wireless version of this printer (specs were misleading), this is a great printer. Easy to install and works terrifically well.

The printer looks OK. It is heavier and bigger than home user printers. The touch screen is nice and seems to work OK. My initial impression (about a week) is that the hardware is nice for the price but the software and support is troublesome. More time is needed to get by the startup frustrations and settle in to a long spell of satisfaction. I spent a few days with HP "chat" support from India trying to work through Scan to Email issues. Chat connection kept failing and trying to resume the session at a later time was frustrating and time consuming; like starting over. The HP chat connection reliability is the worst I have experienced in 25+ years of IT and engineering. The support technicians seemed like they were handling multiple sessions in parallel as evidenced by long delays responding to my questions and answers.

I love this printer. Prints on 2 sides-saves paper, great size, has convenient flash drive port to use so I can print documents for my clients. Very clear and excellent print quality. Love the convenient toner cartridge tray with 4 colors. I'm thrilled.
