I’ve now had the product for 2 weeks, and am thrilled. This is my 4th HP printer/scanner/copier and it’s by far the best. Was the easiest to set up, produces the best color of all of them, and is faster. Truly an improvement over all the previous models.
I purchased this printer two months ago. There are numerous issues every day: off line error, out of paper error, paper jams. Have to turn machine off and on every day to recycle error off. The ink cartridges cost twice the cost of the printer when replaced.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
