What a machine!!!

This printer is just amazing. I have been in the print business for a long time and have been fortunate that I can use high-quality printers at work for all of my projects. After opening my own business, I was in need of something. This HP has done the trick and more! It is lightning quick, the colours are fantastic and some of the smart features (print from mobile, direct print) are working fabulously. I am very pleasantly surprised at how well this printer works. I cannot say enough about it. If you are looking for double-sided colour, a printer capable of printing a wide variety of weights/textures and smart technology features, this is the one.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this a month ago and it has been amazing. I’ve had no real issues so far, except the need to uninstall the software and reinstall it, after the printer was showing offline. When it’s online though, it’s fabulous. Setup is easy and tons of interfaces with third party devices - phone, computer, tablet, USB, etc.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have this printer for over a month now, I love the flexibility, ready to use, the 2 different tray, so I don't have to pull all the paper to change the size, it was easy to install. the placement of the replacement cartridge is genius, so easy to access. I do love so far everything about my printer

I have no complaints with this printer. Quality is amazing and the features are great too. Easy, easy to set up and I'm so happy with the purchase. Super bang for the buck. Performs at the professional level and meets every need.

I’ve been using the MFP M476dw for about 7 years now. I expected much more from the MFP M479fdw. It’s unfortunate these printers are not made by Apple…they would be far more user friendly after 7 years.

Automatic document feeder cog wheel in main body of printer broke within 2 years and can't be replaced. The identical model replacement was a nightmare to get working of network printers, especially the "scan to computer" function.
