The device works fine for my small office. Good speed, quality, and ease of use. the main deficiency is the scan software. The print is so small, it is difficult for these old eyes to read the text in the menu and it cannot be adjusted or maximized to fix the issue. Fix this and the product gets a 5.

We bought this HP LaserJet Pro for our home office during quarantine. It was easy to configure on our WiFi network, and it has been an excellent investment. Prints on two sides to save paper, and copies and scans well through the feeder. Print cartridges are expensive, but we knew to expect that. They are easy to replace.

Purchased printer and install was easy going. Trying to figure out how to set the folder for scanned documents to go to. Periodically have smudged prints. Its early yet, so we hope to get these issues figured out. Most copies are beautiful, so it could be something simple.
