[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The window ac I purchased cools a 12x8 room quickly. I appreciate the remote being able to adjust the temperature and fan speed. The unit is attractive as well. It is much better than the unit I replaced. I would buy again.

Reliable and performs better than expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered this wi-fi AC because I am away from home for weeks at a time and need to be able to remotely controller the ambient air temperature in my incubator room. This Frigidaire unit does a fantastic job at keeping the temps stable, and I can make any adjustments I need at any time, from anywhere, by using the app. I installed this AC three years ago and it still runs perfectly. And Frigidaire upgraded their app a while back, so there are no more issues with units disconnecting from the network. Also, the user interface on the newest version is super easy to navigate. But the best feature this AC offers is its ability to be programmed to meet any needs. Everything from timers, to sleep modes, to start/stop schedules, can be set up however you want. What more can you ask for? Overall, this is a high-quality unit that performs better than expected, and it doesn't cost a fortune. If you need to add or replace an AC, you can't go wrong with this one.

Best bang for your buck.

wifi connection

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It would be nice if it ran on a 5G wifi since all our cell phones do, these days. If/when I switch back to connect to the 5G with my cell phone, I probably will lose connection with the AC. Also, I wish it had more range of which way to direct the airflow. We had to mount it high in the window above the door and had to create a makeshift hood to direct the air down. Otherwise, it is a good unit and has handled the heat of the summer well.
