Great working unit

When it's getting close to his bedtime, I get on the app and turn it on and have it set up so that when we take him to bed, his room is nice and cool. Works well sometimes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit works nicely like it is supposed to, nice and quiet, but sometimes makes a noise i don't think it sound be making. Sometimes just a little tinkle, and sometimes really rattle-y, like something is loose in there. I have seen this in several reviews, so apparently this is not just a defective unit.

The AC will make normal sounds such as high-pitched chatter, pinging or swishing, and gurgling or hissing. Page 6 in the Use and Care Guide provides an explanation of sounds the unit may make.
