AC good , App no so good...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased approx 3 months ago and the ac actually is really nice, the app on the other hand is glitchy.... if you are using the remote inside of a room you should have no issues but if you wanted to kick it up a notch and be techy the app is very glitchy, sometimes the app, it just shuts down on its own....

Really Noisy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unit was great at first but after a few weeks it has started sounding really loud on all the fan speed settings except low, sounds like the fan has bits of paper flying around hitting the fan blades, very annoying!

Love this air conditioner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I moved into a house with a fairly large bedroom and needed something bigger than my 5,000 BTU. I found this one in my price range and gave it a shot. While I don't usually care about the bluetooth features on appliances this one comes in very handy. I like to sleep in a cool room and I just open the app on my phone and turn it on to my preferred settings. I also like to sleep in a very dark room and my favorite feature is the LED lights timeout after 30 seconds so there's no ambient light coming from it. Definitely cools the room and the white noise coming from it isn't invasive. I only gave it 4 stars because every time I turn it on it resets to default temperature and settings so that's a bit annoying. I have to set it back to my preferred settings every night.

Great Product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This air conditioner is exactly as it was described. It fit perfect and is very quiet compared to a different brand I previously owned. The app on my phone is a HUGE bonus for me since it is in my bedroom which is on the 2nd floor and gets lots of sunshine during the day. I either turn it on from downstairs a half hour before bedtime and if I'm not going to be home in the evening I schedule a start time. I highly recommend this air conditioner.
