AC window unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thus far my wife and I love our window unit. The app make a huge difference compared to the earlier models. We have not owned a window unit until recently when we decided we wanted our bedroom cooler and we are happy with our unit.

appears to good replacement for 15 yr old Frigidaire window unit.

Works well sometimes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit works nicely like it is supposed to, nice and quiet, but sometimes makes a noise i don't think it sound be making. Sometimes just a little tinkle, and sometimes really rattle-y, like something is loose in there. I have seen this in several reviews, so apparently this is not just a defective unit.

We are happy to hear the AC is working well for you and understand you have some concerns regarding the sounds the unit makes.
The AC will make normal sounds such as high-pitched chatter, pinging or swishing, and gurgling or hissing. Page 6 in the Use and Care Guide provides an explanation of sounds the unit may make.

BEST purchase especially with current heatwave
