THE EXTRUDER COLLAPSED THE PASTA. SO WHEN I COOKED THE PASTA IT CAME OUT LIKE A VERY DENSE PIECE OF DOUGH. THE HOLE DIDN'T KEEP THE SHAPE. MY PASTA DOUGH WAS PERFECT. I'M NOT HAPPY WITH IT['S PERFORMANCE AND WOULD LIKE TO RETURN IT AND EXCHANGE FOR THE PASTA ROLLER AND CUTTER ATTACHMENT. PLEASE CONTACT ME URGENTLY. THANK YOU.

Yes, it does what it says it's going to do, and yes it does it well. Started off by making Rigatoni. The drawback is that the unit is VERY difficult to clean. The main unit is not submersible, and therefore almost impossible to get clean. The removable plate and auger can be soaked and cleaned, and dishwasher safe .

Fun tool to make own pasta. Takes some time to get used to but once you do, it is really cool. Takes much longer to create pasta than a box of premade noodles but if you are looking for homemade this tool is great.

Love this attachment! We made bucatini the other night, it comes out much thicker than store bought which was fine with us. You do have to be careful not to put too big of dough chunks in or it gets clogged easily. But overall I love it!
