The dough roller and pasta cutters are excellent. Heavy, well-made. And very easy to use. My husband and I made a batch of dough and we were both surprised how much better scratch made pasta is. Also simple to make.

This really worked as one might expect. Be sure to roll dough as suggested in the manual so the roller can handle it. Both cutters worked well for me. My area for improvement is the labeling of adjustments on the roller. It’s difficult to tell when set on 8 vs 6 vs 5 etc because the numbers are not black bold font. All in all very happy.
