This really worked as one might expect. Be sure to roll dough as suggested in the manual so the roller can handle it. Both cutters worked well for me. My area for improvement is the labeling of adjustments on the roller. It’s difficult to tell when set on 8 vs 6 vs 5 etc because the numbers are not black bold font. All in all very happy.

Excellent pasta maker, the only issue is that you can’t clean it with water/soap. But overall I love doing pasta with those attachments.
