I have only used my mixer once, so far. It was used to make cookie dough. I was very impressed with how well it mixed the dough without me having to scrape the sides of the mixing bowl. It was a nice bonus to add the dry ingredients without having the flour mixture fly in the air. I am really happy with the mixer & would recommend it to anyone.

I'm am so glad that I decided to purchase this particular mixer! I absolutely love my red Cuisinart Stand Mixer... It is so much more powerful (350 watt motor) than even the cheapest Kitchenaid Stand Mixer and comes with everything I personally need! It comes with a paddle (for things like heavier cakes, pie crusts and even meatloaf) a dough hook (for all of your heavy dough mixing) and a whisk (great for things like light cakes, meringue and even whipped potatoes)... that are very easy to attach to the accessory port. The 3.5 quart stainless steel bowl (with a handle) is large enough for most jobs, but still easy to handle. There are also some additional attachments that are available to purchase separately... the available port attachment tools available include a Large Meat Grinder, a Spiralizer and two pasta maker attachments (sold separately) making it a very versatile kitchen appliance indeed! The lightweight head tilts with ease. I can now make bread dough and pizza dough with ease... and just about anything else! Now homemade whipped cream or meringue is a piece of cake. I love the splash guard that it comes with, as well. A blue light ring indicates that the mixer is in operation mode. Much less cleanup involved! I purchased a stand cover that was made for a Kitchenaid Stand Mixer and it fits perfectly. I only wish there were as many accessories as the Kitchenaid Stand Mixer. It's small enough for my tiny kitchen, but is light enough to move around, if needed... and I LOVE the color too! This is one of the best purchases that I have ever made. The Cuisinart Stand Mixer also comes with a Three Year Warranty... Thanks for such a great deal and quality product!

I really enjoy my Mixer it took me along time to buy one and find the right one that would work for my family and hold up to all the things we use it for. The only thing that I would suggest a change on is to make the front plate that covers the attachment knob for your accessories should have been metal or a sturdier made material to hold up and last longer.
