Good product and a good option

I am very pleased with this product and at the price I am pretty surprised how good it seems to be. I do however wish that there was a cover for the camera lens on the case part and possible a little stronger. Compared to other brand name keyboard and case combos I would say this is a great option. I love the way it blends well and makes it like a laptop. Happy with my purchase. Buyer will need a usb -c charging block though as its comes with a usb c to usb c cord. Other then this I am happy with it
I would recommend this to a friend!

Broke within 2 months

Got this for Christmas, and absolutely loved it, especially after the previous design had been so poor. I had invested in Brydge and had faith in it, so tried their updated product.
** It has now cracked at the hinge after only 2 months of use. **
The same problem occurred as with the last design, the metal prong at the hinge is too short and the pressure causes the plastic to break. Either extend the length of the metal arm to the length of the iPad or use a stronger plastic. I hope for a refund or replacement, as this is the 5th Brydge product I’ve purchased and I’m afraid it will have to be the last.
Other issue consumers may want to note:
Magnetic: The section that holds the iPad in place is magnetic. It holds everything in place really well, however on occasion half of the iPad will freeze, and the only way to unfreeze is to remove from the magnet. I bought 2 of these and both husband and I experienced this.
Opening: it broke my nail on more than one occasion trying to open it. It fits the iPad so well there are no finger holds to get it open
Weight: The keyboard and magnetic holder in addition to the iPad combined, weigh 3.71 lbs. I find it to be a bit heavy and wonder how someone with arthritis would manage with it.
