It’s a good product. Takes a lot longer to dehydrate food than one would think. Food spoils quickly if it’s not properly stored. Heed caution.

I haves used this for beef jerky exclusively so far. I get 2lbs. of ground beef jerky on the racks. So far I have done about a dozen 2lb batches and it works just as advertised.
