Absolutely love it! I got my dehydrator when I began gardening and have used it for drying herbs, and even making potpourri from the flowers in the garden as well!

I haves used this for beef jerky exclusively so far. I get 2lbs. of ground beef jerky on the racks. So far I have done about a dozen 2lb batches and it works just as advertised.
