Works as advertised. I have read some reviews in which others complained about having to flip the food being dried and having to restack the trays during use... its really NOT that physically challenging to do either of those tasks.

Received as Christmas gift from my wife. I have, in one month, made four batches of jerky already. Makes excellent jerky. The only complaint is it is somewhat noisy but the end product is well worth it.

Bought thus about 3 weeks ago and have tried everything from jerky to fruit to fruit rolll ups. Its easy tio use and you can find dozens of recipies on line .have otdered the additional trays you can use 9 as well as the liners fir roll ups to make it even more versatile

Machine works as should. The beef jerky recipe in the manual is really good, but I would only dehydrate for 4 hours or else really dry. Plantain chips are dry and crisp, but not the same as deep fried. Good to use with dips tho! Overall a good purchase for at home use!
