I like the size it fits under my kitchen cabinet and is narrow. I do not like that you cannot see the water level from the outside, you have to look into the water level. This is not a good design.

I owned one of these and loved til it just stopped working. My parents bought us another as a gift and it also stopped working. Very sad for the price.

Bought this model to replace an older similar one. Liked the idea of it being similar. Bad feature is the stainless steel carafe was replaced by a glass one, so you need to keep machine on to maintain the temperature of the coffee. Stainless steel carafe kept coffee hot for a long time without using electricity and was not hot to the touch.
