THIS IS THE 3RD UNIT WE HAVE PURCHASED.. THE 1ST WE WORE OUT, AFTER YEARS OF SERVICE. THE SECOND GOT KNOCKED OUT BY LIGHTING YEARS AGO., BUT WORKED FOR ANOTHER 3 YEARS.. SO WE OPTED FOR A THIRD ONE, COULD FIND NOTHING BETTER IN THE MARKET

Purchased another when my previous one died after a thunderstorm. Bought a cheap off brand and regretted it deeply, missed the ability to alter the warming plate temp, missed the filtered water resivour, missed the great taste and dripless carafe.

This is my second one and I love this coffee maker! Would still be using my first one except the coffee pot broke and a replacement cost was ok but for a little more money, I could buy a whole new unit.
