After many years of great service, our Brew Central finally died.So we bought another Cuisinart Brew Central 12 cup. With the programmable auto start, it saved us time not having to wait to brew. It was ready!! It stayed on and hot for 2 hours after brewing. The heater plate has an adjustable range for how hot you want kept. It was easy to fill the reservoir with water using the carafe. We've been using it for a couple of weeks and still love it.

This is our third one in about 15 years. after our last one started to break down, we decided to try another brand so we bought a Krupps. Within a month we returned it and bought our third Cuisinart. It makes great coffee and is easy to clean.
