I bought the product a couple of months ago. So far I am well pleased with the performance. The feature I like the best is the non-spill carafe. Too soon to rate the quality of the product.

I tried 7 COFFEEMAKERs and none of them make hot coffee. Around 130-140 degrees is all. Cuisinart was the hottest at 155 degrees which is well below their hype. It's okay but pricey when you consider it doesn't really deliver.

The good: This was a 'rewards purchase.' Brews a great pot of coffee - a 12 cup pot is 6 of my sized cups.
The bad: small opening to pour water into. Probably okay if you are right-handed.
The Not So Ugly: The copper color finish is perfect for my kitchen color scheme, BUT just can't find matching products, i.e. Cuisinart copper colored 4 slice toaster.

Tiny controls, hard to see how much water to fill

We saw reviews this model was very reliable. After purchasing it we are disappointed. The clock is tiny and is not lighted. Filling the reservoir is hard to keep from spilling water into the coffee grinds since so small. You have to stand above to see inside its gage. There should be a gage on the outside. The buttons labels are very tiny and hard to read. You need a flash light and magnifying glass to see what you are doing.
