This product is very well designed except when you lift the lid to remove the grounds and filter. This is the only option that could have had a better design. I also am hot happy that I have to purchase the replacement water filters from you directly instead of a local seller.

This is my second Brew Central coffee pot. The first one lasted more than six years and we make a pot about 10 times a week. We liked the first one so much we didn't even shop for something else, we just went out and bought another Brew Central.

I purchased this maker after my old one started to fail. It makes great coffee and I really like the 4 cups or less brewing feature. I am less happy that you cannot view the water level on the outside of the machine, it's awkward.

This coffee maker is moderately priced, has excellent features, is easy to use and makes delicious coffee. I especially like that you could set for 1-4 cups as well as a full pot, and that you can regulate how long to keep warm.

Bought this unit 4 months ago still working, we usually have a pot of coffee on 16 hrs a day, most home coffee makers we have owned only lasts 8- 12 months defor they burn out. The only thing I would change is a view window in the tank.
