Overall pretty satisfied with this coffee maker. The water level is difficult to see as it is inside the unit with no visible window. Also the on/off switch is fairly flimsy. Makes good coffee and keeps it hot.

This is the best coffee maker ever. In the past (approx.) 30 years, this is the only model I have bought. I have replaced it only once, so far. It works well, easy to use and reliable. I highly recommend it.

It makes decent coffee, but only one strength - it would be nice to have a slow brew option. Also, it’s nearly impossible to see the fill level in the reservoir, especially below 6 cups - I need to use a flashlight! That’s the main reason for my negative review. On the positive side, the design is attractive and it seems to be well made.

I bought this coffee maker to replace the exact same model that I bought waaaaay back when, when my hair was still brown. Gotta stick with a winner. This time I got the red model for a little extra color.

Bought it expecting coffee once brewed would stay heated according to the recommendations at the store we purchased it at. Once it's brewed it must be drunk right away or reheated in the microwave. Not at all pleased with this product.
