Easy to use and program. Always dependable. Will last years if maintained properly. This is my second on, my first one lasted 15 years with almost daily usage. Of course, I got the same exact model when my old one gave out.

I bought this same coffee maker in or around 2010 and it lasted me almost 10 years. Then I bought a new Cuisinart coffee maker and it only lasted about 6 years. So I bought the one that's been discontinued. Hoping for at least 10 years! 🙏🤞

I replaced my old 12 cup Cuisinart coffeemaker after many years, with the new one. It brews good coffee but has one major flaw - the water measurements are on the inside of the coffeemaker instead of the outside, making it difficult to know how much water you’re putting it. There are measurements but they’re very difficult to see. I chose not to return it and have learned workarounds to figure out more easily how much water I’m putting in.
