I was very happy with this coffee maker. I was a little unsure in the beginning but it is fairly easy to master and it makes a very hot cup of coffee. It also gives you the option of making it even hotter, which is a blessing for me. I was also impressed with the quality.

So far so good. I would give it a 5 star if the coffee pot itself didn’t detach and open in the back. Seems a bit cheesy. Otherwise it a good coffee maker.

In the past, I have used other coffeemakers at my workplace, etc. But that coffee never brews as well as in my Brew Central. And the other brands of coffeemakers don't seem to hold up as long as my Brew Central. I don't like coffeemakers that use the individual pods. I want a hot pot of coffee at the ready each day and Brew Central delivers. The Brew Central is programmable; it has my coffee hot and ready every morning at 7:00. It's a workhorse of a coffeemaker!

This is a quality product but simple and straight forward to use. The only thing I would improve is how long the pot stays on. My hubby typically drinks coffee all day but by 1 or 2 PM it shuts off. A full 8 hours would be nice. Otherwise, we love it.
