This is the second Cuisinart brewed we have owned. We used the first one almost every day and it lasted a long time and just died of old age. We replaced it with the exact same model becuase it is simple to use (forget all the extraneous bells and whistles), reliable and brews great pot of coffee. The design was sleek ten years ago and it is still sleek today.

This brewer makes a great cup of coffee! The one draw back is the brewer lid, it needs a steam vent. When you go to empty the grounds and clean the unit, the lid is dripping with condensation.

This is my second Cuisinart coffee maker of this model. Highly recommend this coffee maker. My first one lasted 8 years. The built in water filter system you can change monthly helps make a great tasting pot of coffee.

Works well. However, will manufacturers ever get on board with improving visual identification of features on the face of the product? Very small thin font crowded around each small button or dial, black on stainless steel. There is room to make the font bigger, higher contrast, perhaps on a backing, not expensive to add.

This is at least my third similar cuisinart programable coffeemaker. It makes good coffee. The pots have dripped while pouring in previous models. So far that has not been an issue with the new one although the pot looks the same. On this one the stainless on the outside is difficult to clean so it never looks great. (My previous models were black which was better) Replaced the last one because the hotplate on the bottom totally corroded. Don’t know if this one will be better. One thing i miss in this model is that you can’t see the water level from the outside. I like to fill directly from the faucet since it pulls out and if you are making less than 10 cups at a time you can’t see the inside measurement.
