I owned a prior one for years, and it finally quit. Tried a different brand, did not have all the features, it lasted 3 months. Just used my keriug, but never the same. Finally broke down and bought another. So glad I did! Enjoy my coffee again, and use the keriug when I need a quick cup, so happy to have it back!

Great coffee, but the reason for 3 stars instead of 5 is minus 1 star it uses #4 filters vs the lower cost filters (if you choose). Secondly I get up very early. It would be great if the dog stayed asleep when it was done brewing. Instead, my dog decides to wake up the whole house. I learned very quick to have my dog outside while coffee is brewing.

Good coffee maker, only problem is when making a full pot sometimes it splashes grounds over the entire basket and top lid. Very messy to clean up :(

Nice and hot. Easy to operate. Love the large 14 cup carafe - makes the amount of coffee for the water amount you pour in - seems obvious but many coffee makers don't. No issues at time of review. Had coffee maker about 6 months and use it daily.
