There needs to be a window for pouring water. It is very inconvienent to have to look down in the reservoir to predict amount of water.

Originally purchased in 2001. Gave away still working very well. Repurchase one this year after burning through two inferior brand coffee pots. This one brews hot coffee year after year with not one problem. We use the 1-4 button every pot we brew, I think it makes it a bit hotter. The clock is easy to set as well as the programable brew functions. Simple reliable beautiful!

My only downgrade is the white lines and numbers on the carafe. My eyes are aging and it would be easier to have a darker, not fading color.

I love this new coffee brewer, I got this as a gift. I had looked at one once however, at the time I was unable to purchase the brewer. This design is magnificent, I would suggest the brewer for any coffee drinker!

Compact unit. Makes coffee quickly. Easy to use. Bought as a replacement for a larger Cuisinart which the heating element burned out and was not able to get a replacement element. I wish I could have purchased the element instead of having to buy a new unit.Why can't you sell replacement parts?
