This is my second coffee maker of this model. I like it a lot. It does make hissing sounds as it brews, and the water level cup marker for pouring in water is very hard to read. It looks nice on counter, great size.

This brewer has many features, e.g. a bold brew option, programmable features, etc. It brews 8-9 cups (we don’t need a full pot) very quickly. The coffee is nice and hot. We buy Starbucks French Roast Ground Coffee at Sam’s Club, and this makes a superb cup of coffee.

That’s is an awesome coffee maker. I love it unfortunately I couldn’t fill up the whole jar to make a full 12 cups because every time I try to it overflowed I had to bring it back.

Do not like the lid to the coffee pot. Hard to get on and off and now it wont stay on. Do not like the filter basket hard to get handle without getting coffee grinds on your hands. Have always loved Cuisinart products, this dosen't make their quality standard.
