This the third on we have purchased. They last us about 8-10 years. We love the coffee it makes and it’s reliable. Our daughter has the same kind and she’s had 2 in 18 years. We both will not buy anything else we love it so much.

its great and easy to use. Every once in a while the coffee is not as hot, but most of the time it is. I do add some cream, so than I do put in in the microwave for 30 sec or so. I also buy an extra carafe and filter. I have broken the carafe when washing it. so it helps to have a spare. ( trust me on this) Also the filter after a while will get a slight hole in it with age. But this is probably a problem in any brand with similar design.

Love it. The one issue is the useless inner small water filter that was not provided and cannot be purchased!(the old one are too large but the smaller sized one are not available. Shameful ❗️

Perfect cup of coffee! I’ve been using this same model for 18 years. I’ve only had to replace it 1 time, I was thrilled to find that I could but the exact model again. The program feature is easy to use, the pot stays hot, and the gold filter lets the good oils flow through. :)
