This is my second Brew Central™ 12 Cup Programmable Coffeemaker. The first one worked just fine, but I broke the carafe and needed to replace it. I never had a small electric appliance last this long, so being cautious I just decided to get a new Brew Central Coffeemaker because we love the coffee made by this machine.

Very, very difficult to see the water measurement inside the coffee pot. If I had noticed that feature I would not have purchased the coffee pot. We had the same coffee pot for about 11 years prior to purchasing this one, and was quite pleased with it. Other than that feature we like the coffee pot very much.

This is my second one. The first lasted for many years and probably would have latest longer if I had cleaned it more regularly. I LOVE the short pot intense brew feature. It's what I use on a daily basis. The coffee is kept at a nicely hot but not burning temperature. I had done a lot of research before I bought the first one. When I needed a replacement, I just got the same.
