This is my second one of these. I had this exact same model for 12 years and the only reason I replaced it was after so many years the interior water tank would no longer come clean. No fault of the unit, just so many years of use. It still worked flawlessly. That is exactly the reason why I bought another identical model. The program feature is perfect for work days and having your coffee ready when to get up! This model heats up quickly and stays hot, then automatically shuts down after 2 hours. The exterior is sleek looking and very easy to clean. I cannot say enough about how great this thing is and maybe if I can, I will buy it again in another 12 years!! Highly recommend to all!!AAA+++

This is an excellent coffee maker. This is the second one I have owned. The first one lasted about 8years before the controls wore out and it was difficult to turn it on and off. So when it was time to replace, I compared to others in the market and the same Brew Central came out on top again so I bought this one. Works great and I hope to get another 10 years out of this one. It makes fast delicious coffee.
