Makes good coffee. My coffeemaker did not have charcoal filters included, and I could not find them in any local retail outlets, I ordered some online, but had to wait several days before I could use my new coffeemaker, which was quite disappointing. It is easy to make smaller amounts of coffee. Coffee stays hot. I would recommend this coffeemaker to friends.

This is a great coffee maker! I like the quick brew option and the temperature of the coffee is perfect. The auto shut off is also a great feature. While I am at work, no more wondering if the coffee maker is still on.

It works very well. My wife and I mainly use the 1-4 cup function and we never had a bad cup yet. A very worthwhile purchase over our pod brewer. Coffee is better when it's not in pods.
