Your have a great coffee maker. Make wonderful coffee. Fast brewing. My only complaint is I can not believe you designed it with no light in the clock. Or make it large enough so you can see the time.

I have used this every morning since the New Year 2019. The only issues I have is pouring water and seeing the amount as I'm short and can't see the inside of coffee maker.

This thing makes great coffee. That's the good news. The bad news? We seem to average only 3 or 4 years per machine. We are now on what is I think our 4th or 5th identical Cuisinart Brew Central. We've been buying the identical model for at least 15 years, and when this one breaks, as it surely will, we'll buy another. But this isn't something you're going to leave to the grandkids. (Usually, the fault is something internal. It just stops working.)
