This is our 4th or 5th Brew Central over the past 20 years. We like it because the flavor is good, it will keep coffee hot all morning without that burned taste, we can program it to have the coffee ready when we wake up, and it shuts itself off, so we never have to wonder whether or not we remembered to do that.

We’ve had this coffee pot for one month and program it to brew every morning. Here are my thoughts:
**the directions say I should stir the coffee in the carafe when it is done brewing. That’s extremely inconvenient.
**coffee is very hot and stays hot for two hours then unit shuts off. I would love if there were a “warm” selection because a two hour window isn’t long enough for us to drink an entire pot of coffee.
This coffee maker is serving its purpose but I wouldn’t buy it again.

We are so happy with our Cuisinart coffee maker. It makes the best coffee and keeps it hot for a long time. The charcoal filter is awesome and really improves the taste of the coffee. Would purchase again and highly recommend.
