I bought this coffee pot because I had one just like it for 9 years and loved everything about it. There was nothing wrong with the 9 yr. old pot at all, and looked almost brand new using it every single day.. WE gave it to someone and bought us the new one..That's how much confidence we have in this pot to buy it again.

This is the third Cuisinart coffeemaker I’ve bought in 12 years. I previously had coffeemakers from Mr Coffee and Gevalia. I think it makes excellent coffee and would recommend it to anyone. We have very hard water here, and halfway through the life of my second Cuisinart, I caught on to making my coffee with distilled water. Since ONLY distilled water will ever go into this unit, I’m hoping for longer life.

This is a much better performing product than my other Brand that I had been using. The worst part about this is that there is no fill line to see outside. There is one inside the machine, but it's impossible to see how full the basin is...
