I bought this to replace an older model of the same type that had given up the ghost. Love this machine! I like the option of a hotter heat plate because I like my coffee hot. As much as I love it, I wish I had known there was a machine with both regular coffee brewing and the single brew option available too.

My old coffee pot made burnt tasting coffee ALL the time! The warming plate was falling apart it was time for an upgrade! Love this coffee pot! Super easy to program so I have coffee in the AM! Only thing I don’t like, it lets off a lot of steam at the back when it’s brewing so I have to remember to pull it from under the cabinet night before, don’t think all the steam would be good for my wood cabinets.
Side note my sister had been looking at same coffee pot, loved mine so much while it was on sale for the holidays I bought her one too for Christmas! :)

Overall a good appliance. It is awkward to pour water into the tank. It sits high and in rear of appliance a short person (my wife) has difficulty pouring water into machine.
