I bought this coffeemaker a month ago to replace another Cuisinart coffee maker that we had for three years. We were happy with our old maker and did not seriously look beyond Cuisinart for a replacement. This selection was a slight upgrade from our old one, but it has been superior in performance and brewing. We especially enjoy the variable selector on the warming plate. If you want consistent coffee flavor from the first cup to the last cup (4 hours later), this is the maker that can deliver.
