Nice unit to use very efficiently also easy to clean but very sharp edges So be careful while cleaning! The only cons on this unit that stainless steel is kind of thin so it can bend easily if you press too hard! Otherwise superb item!!

purchased this fryer even though reviews were poor for heating. needed for family xmas party and it failed to heat above 250. returned the unit for what i paid for it. major family diappointment

Received undamaged, good packing. It is not rigid as i thought (Cuisinart brand quality) but guess it really doesn't need to be. Not a fan with magnetic plugs. it really is a nice little deep fryer, 1 order of hot wings or jojo's at a time. I followed recommend time and temp, i will be adjusting the time down for my liking. My first cook was outside, winter 20 F degrees, (don't want my house to stink for days) the unit worked great! Now I can have great wings year around.

Very pleased with the performance of the fryer. It maintains a pretty constant temperature during cooking. The only thing I found that could be improved on would be the depth of oil could be about 1/2 to 1 inch deeper.

This is one of those things SOMEone in the family should have, like a brûlée torch or a punch bowl, to be shared when needed. It works well, easy to use, and not difficult to clean after using. If using for non-protein foods, the cooled oil can be very easily strained and returned to the bottle for a few more uses.

The first one I purchased had a faulty reset button that kept tripping before it reached top heat. I called the company and within a week, they sent me a new one. In the past 2 weeks since getting it, I have probably used it 4 or 5 times and each time it worked like a charm. I love it an recommend it highly.
