Nice little machine that makes quality soft serve in 25-35 minutes. The consistency of the product is less frozen to more frozen as it empties so use a cup first the cones for a better experience. The mix-it feature is a bit messy as it pulses the product out but it still gets the job done albeit with a bit of waste. A fun way to have fresh soft serve in about the same time as it would take to go out and get it then come back home but in the long run saving you all kinds of money $$$.

Need to ensure bucket and mix is cold before using

The unit does produce soft serve ice cream, but since it doesn't have a cooling unit in the maker, you need to ensure both the freeze bucket "and" the mix is sufficiently cold and served as soon as possible to avoid making a milkshake instead of soft serve ice cream.
