Takes a little longer than says to freeze, but once it does, works great! Very easy to clean, just doesn’t hold very much. The clear dispenser part had a broken piece off of it, but didn’t affect the working of the machine. Keep the bowl in the freezer, and you can have soft serve any time.

It's not as fun and easy as it seems, my granddaughter and I both got a little frustrated and fed up with the process. I would like to return it but I think too much time has passed. Don't think I will be using it often.

I love this ice cream maker. It does exactly what it is suppose to do. I purchased for my grand kids. They love it. It's better than anything you can buy & so easy to make & I don't have to have salt or ice. As long as I keep my dish in the freezer, I am always ready to go.

I’d give it 5 stars except for the fact I needed to adjust the recipe to less milk, and the (condiments don’t come work very well when using them More like a toy) my tip is-freeze the bowl longer than specified. Thank you
