Easy to use. My only complaint is the ice cream doesn't come out in a stream like you would expect. It kinda just plops out. We have made a few of the recipes in the book and they are good. Overall we like the machine.

This was my very first ice cream machine ever & I love it! The ice cream tastes better than I imagined it would & is so easy to make. I took away 1 star because the ‘mix in’ compartments didn’t do too well dispensing the mini chocolate chips & mini M&Ms. Other than that, it’s great!

Just follow the directions and measure everything correctly keep ingredients cold, and always check while it's mixing , you can stop it and check the texture with a spoon, after you've done it it's fun to experiment with different flavors,Cuisinart is a great company I have been working in the industry cooking for many years and their equipment is top notch in my opinion

I can't get the ice cream bowl to freeze so I can make ice cream! It's been in every part of my freezer and I've turned my freezer all the way down. Everything in my freezer was extra frozen including icecubes and the liquid center of the ice cream maker bowl won't freeze! Very disappointing
