The only ice cream recipe that hasn't come out like a milkshake is the strawberry, which came out great. The recipes are delicious but we end up having to put everything in the freezer to get a scoopable consistency. No soft serve, which disappointed the kids....

I been wanting one for a couple of years. I finally got one for mothers day! Very easy to use and clean. I had a hard time finding the mix. But you can always use the receipe bool too!

Really disappointed. Purchased this for my daughter. First time it worked great. We stored it carefully back in the box. Every time we’ve used it since it has leaked. I’ve tried to fix it with no luck.

This is a nice machine however the ice cream comes out very very slow and the condiment containers are difficult to use. We just took the lids off and scooped the toppings out. I would recommend it though because the kids didn't see these flaws.

Terrible experience. Tried it twice and never got frozen ice cream at all. Basically it made super chilly beverages. And was a pain to clean. Sold it for less than half what I paid for it.

Much better than expected. We tried making vanilla ice cream and it was very easy to make. The ice cream tasted great and had ice cream shop thickness. I was surprised how easy the machine cleaned up. Just keep clean bowl in freezer and you can make ice cream anytime. Well thought out design.
