I was very disappointed in this toaster. You have to turn your bread or muffin around after one cycle because it does not toast evenly at all! Shouldn’t have wasted my money. I thought Cuisinart stood for quality. I guess not.

We’ve had ours for about three months, and all is well. Reading reviews was helpful. We haven’t needed to toast anything past level 2, and since we went in knowing that, based on reviews, it has worked perfectly.
My elementary school age children used it, and neither has been burned. We did warn them cautiously when we first got it, so they are very careful and understand that it’s hot, really hot.

So far so good. This toaster is wide enough to comfortably fit a bagel. Toasting time is pretty quick. Hopefully, this toaster will last as long as my former Cuisinart toaster.

I purchased this product to replace an electrical version that died after a short time. This fits the look of my kitchen. I have no complaints but do know that when you push the lever down you have to with a little force. I like that as it cannot accidentally be turned on by my cat who is super curious. And the temp is hot so you do bit have to put the dial on a high number for a good toast. I haven’t needed to go past 3.

Toaster works great but hard to read the options

It is working fine so far - my only issue is the little oblong selection options are hard to read on the bottom even When they light up. Options are Bagel, Defrost, Reheat & Cancel
