I am very impressed with this toaster-only have it a few weeks. I previously had a Cuisinart toaster and I was very disappointed with it-very tinny and had to put the toast down a few times in order for it to toast. The appearance of this toaster caught my eye because it matches all my stainless steel appliances so I decided to give Cuisinart another chance to change my mind. It worked!

The bagel setting does not work and the wide slots are not really wide. The pop up toaster function is weak. Do not recommend

I don't like that the bottom doesn't come off to clean out the crumbs. Otherwise bdies the job but if you like dark toasted items you need to put it down twice.
