We bought this a couple of months ago, and are very happy with it. Toasts evenly and consistenly. My only nit we would pick is that the knobs for setting the browning level can be easily changed if bumped. But that's only a nit.

Got it as a gift. I needed a new one because my old one toasted unevenly. This one is more even. Still a bit uneven. One disappointment. The bagel setting. Instead of toasting one side more than the other like my old one did, it just toasts both sides longer. English muffins and bagels benefit from toasting one side darker than the other. I miss that.. You need to spend more to get a better features.

I like the feature that you can put frozen breads in toaster to thaw, toast etc. I do think the crumb trays could be placed so they can be removed from front, rather than rear of toaster.

This product does not toast evenly. In order to get an even toast, part way through the cycle I have to turn the bread upside down, and that's for a normal slice of bread.
