The toaster does not toast well. I have to put the bread down twice to achieve a good result. The toaster only has 6 levels of darkness and I’m using it somewhere between level 5 and 6.

This is the second toaster I tried and I still have to hit the cancel button and try pulling down the handle gently and holding it down so that it will lock in the down position.

Right side of toaster didn’t pop up! Left side worked fine. They’re also large spark on the left side. The cancel button didn’t work on right side

We needed to replace our old Cuisinart 4-slice toaster since it was only toasting on one side, then you'd have to rotate and retoast. This new one does the same thing out of the box! Will eventually replace with a non-Cuisinart brand!

Overall I like the toaster. I like how it goes up and down and how you can do 4 pieces of bread. Mine doesn’t not toast evening. One side gets more done than the other
