We bought this to replace the exact same model we had for years. Unfortunately this new model seems sub par. It has a weak pop up and does not toast evenly.

The toaster doesn’t always let the tab stay down. Even though it’s plugged in there are times when it won’t stay down and I had to unplug it and plug it back in and try again. It eventually works but I’m not sure what is causing the problem
