The controls on this toaster really work, and you can dial in just the right amount of browning - unlike other toasters I've owned in the past that were hard to adjust and didn't provide reliably predictable results.

I bought the toaster about a month ago. I have only used it for regular toast. The toast came out just the way I like it (light). Put it on setting 2. Toast was evenly toasted and I love the fact I can do 4 slices at the same time.

This is a replacement toaster for one we'e had for long time. After reading many reviews, I took a chance on this one and have not been disappointed. I do not eat toaster pastries and very seldom eat bagels so cannot speak to the abilities of the toaster with regard to those two items but for toast and Naan bread, it works perfectly. It toasts evenly and toasts nicely on a fairly low setting. Can definitely recommend it to others. Also, the crumb trays do what they are supposed to.

Can toast 2 or 4 at a time. The cancel button means you dont have to inplug the toaster to pop up before timer runs out. Does bagels as well

I did a lot of looking prior to replacing my old 4 slice toaster. It was hard to find any that at least did not have some negative comments. At this point I am happy with my choice. There have been no problems and the toaster works well with even toasting on both sides, especially English muffins. No reason for me not to give it a 5 star rating.
