We love it!!!! It works perfect for our everyday use . It looks great on my kitchen counter! Most of all it is awesome to have when we have our big family (8 of us) breakfasts when our 2 slice toaster just took way too long to make toast!!!

The toaster has nice, wide slots to toast bagels, etc. We did have to turn the browning level to 5 in order to get the toast browning we desired. Also, if you are just toasting one slice of bread, don't forget to turn the browning level down a bit or you will have burnt toast. All in all, we do like the toaster and like the 4 slice model.
