This was the easiest assembly I've ever completed. I also did it by myself which is quite impressive for a person who absolutely hates assembling anything. I feel the burn and get a very good workout on the bike. The seat does become a tad uncomfortable when seated for a longer period of time (around the 30 minute mark). Regardless, I'm still very happy with my purchase.
