I use it as a warm-up/ cool down or second workout of the day. But I should have read the description or reviews better. It seems pricey for how old the technology is. And the seat isn't very sturdy, it wiggles a lot. I find the seat a bit uncomfortable, but maybe I am just not used to it. I just expected higher quality from Schwinn.

Cons: Flimsy, Hard To Use, Uncomfortable

I have the Schwinn 230 for 3 days. I don't see the built-in console speakers or MP3 connection that is advertised and the Bluetooth won't connect with anything except the Schwinn Toolbox app that only seems to update the console. It's supposed to keep profiles for 2 users but there is no profile set up. I let customer service know and hopefully they can make it right.
Pros: Easy To Set Up, Quiet
Cons: Flimsy, Not Effective

I use this daily to get my exercise in for the day. I was debating between this and an upright and I am so glad I went with the recumbent. it allows you to even lift small weights at the same time so you can work your arms also

I will never buy another Bowflex, Nautilus, Schwinn product.

Being a Disabled Veteran, I never expected that I'd have to take this bike apart to make an adjustment. I can't bend over. I can't squat down but to make it work properly, I had to take it apart (using customer service). If I had known it would be up to me to do internal adjustments, I would have never purchased the product. A horrible service agreement forcing me into severe pain trying to fix it myself. I paid to have it put together expecting a long lasting result. Bowflex/Nautilus/Schwinn failed with this product and failed this customer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
