Heart rate monitor does not work correctly. Gives inconsistent readings that do not match other heart monitors I use. Instruction manual almost impossible to understand. But bike is comfortable, quiet.

Wish seat was padded. Would have had to pay an extra 100 or so for the app connection and padded seat. Asked rep if I could purchase seat seperate and was told they didnt know. Would also be nice if monitor lit up. Happy it plugs in to avoid batteries, very quiet.

Smaller footprint than I expected and more sturdy than I expected - so exceeded my expectations on both of my main concerns. Super smooth pedal action - I had a cheaper one awhile back (different maker) and it was terribly clunky. The resistance levels are challenging and the built in programs are plentiful. Stores data for two people so my hubby and I can keep our workout data separate. Love this purchase - well worth the money!
