The bicycle is intuitive to learn how to use. Because I am tehnologically challenged, I have yet to fully program the machine. But it works just fine through manual adjustments.

I use it as a warm-up/ cool down or second workout of the day. But I should have read the description or reviews better. It seems pricey for how old the technology is. And the seat isn't very sturdy, it wiggles a lot. I find the seat a bit uncomfortable, but maybe I am just not used to it. I just expected higher quality from Schwinn.
