This is the 3rd hood that I have installed in my kitchen and it's the first one that actually works. Even on the lower fan speeds it captures cooking smoke better than either of my previous two hoods, and the price was very reasonable.
The reason I didn't give five stars is that I am having difficulty finding the correct LED bulb type to put in the heat lamp sockets. I don't want a heat lamp, I am looking for more LED light, but unfortunately Customer Service has left me on my own trying to find the correct bulb. If you can solve that problem for me, you get 5 stars.
